true SS as can be decoded in the Vin.
Vin reads as follows, 41447 S 286813.
4 = 1964, 14 = Impala SS,47 = Sports
Coupe, S = St. Louis Missouri, 286813
= Serial Number.
This car has been restored to a very
nice driver Resto Mod cond. This is a
factory Air Condition car, but air is
not hooked up. Motor is a Chevy 350
with Edlebrock Carb, Polished High
Rise Manifold, Headers, MSD Ignition
and Aluminum Radiator. This motor is
very streetable. Transmission is a
Turbo 350. Paint and body are very
nice. Paint is bright Red with Tan
int. Body and undercarriage are very
nice, no rust issues at all. Interior
is full custom. This car has a full
air suspension with compressor in the
trunk. Switches to operate are in the
center console. Has JVC – CD Player
with Remote and Polk Speakers. Tires
are brand new Pirelli Scorpion Zero’s
255/50-R 17 all around and Cragar
Wheels. This is a car you have as a
daily driver or just take to the shows
on the weekends. Very Dependable!!!
